SELAS BIO-VSM LAB is one of the largest multi-site diagnostic laboratory in Île-de-France. It was funded in 2010 and is part of a larger network Les Biologistes Indépendants (LBI). LBI’s network has 648 laboratories in France. The Bio-VSM, Torcy started cooperation with Beckman Coulter Microbiology in 2021 and currently has 2 DxM Autoplak instruments and 1 DxM Walkaway in routine operation. Since then, the lab has observed significant improvement in lab's efficiencies and time to result.
In 2024, the Lab became a reference laboratory for Beckman Coulter Microbiology.
